Banks Avenue School - 2 kW

Banks Avenue School is a Year 0-6 school in Dallington in Christchurch. We are committed to establishing and maintaining sustainable practices within our school as part of our HEART values programme. We develop a strong environmental awareness amongst our pupils to actively minimise our ecological footprint.

The Banks Avenue curriculum reflects this belief and our environmental focus as an integral part of our learning. Schoolgen fits well with our 'Inquiry' learning and the way we differentiate our learning programmes. It provides opportunities to support children's learning no matter what their stage. We have a unique opportunity as part of the renewal programme within Christchurch to be future focused in our thinking as we are currently planning the build for our new school.
