The students will be able to:

research the facts about solar energy and the alternatives
collate and analyse the school data which represents the fraction of the school's power generated from the solar panels
write a persuasive argument in support of solar panels.

Teaching Rationales

Students will be enouraged to question around the photovoltaic (PV) data collected as a result of having solar panels installed at their school.
