Mercury Bay Area School
Mercury Bay Area School is the biggest area school in New Zealand with a roll of 750 students from age 5 to 18. It is situated in Whitianga on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.
MBAS is committed to developing life long learners and with this in mind the Schoolgen project is a perfect platform. Establishing education for sustainability across all areas of the school is a key focus, we are a recognised Enviro-School and the installation of the solar panels and the Schoolgen learning resources supports this philosophy.
We look forward to this journey with Genesis Energy to develop critical thinkers and environmentally conscious citizens of the future.
